Nestled in the rugged but tranquil landscape within the Lake District sit six Brace Shepherd’s huts,  forming part of Another Place’s recently launched ‘Outside’ experience.  A location full of space, intrigue and incredible views.

With options for couples or families the six Blackdown Shepherd Hut’s were designed in conjunction with William Vickery, owner of Blackdown and his team together along with Harrison Pitt Architects and Matt Hulme of Dynargh Design.

“The whole set – the treehouse, shepherd huts, Glasshouse and rebuilt Sheep Shed – will bring a new energy and buzz,” says Another Place CEO Will Ashworth. “We’re blending great hospitality and novel experiences with a sublime natural environment.”

Each of the Shepherd’s hut resides in its own landscaped garden, designed by Laurel Truscott, a perfect haven for appreciating the moment whether that’s with a warming pot of tea or something more decadent.

Within the ‘Couples’ huts, a William Holland freestanding bath sits at one end of the spacious & elegant double bedroom, while the Stargazer roof delivers a sublimely comfortable view of the huge skies the landscape has to offer from the bed beneath.

Three family huts are also available, each with a contemporary bunk bed room, providing additional spacious sleeping areas.

A spacious, stylish lounge awaits in each hut at Another Place, and no stay would be complete without time spent gathered around the log burner or the fire pit outside, marshmallows are a must!
