Our Turnkey Shepherd Huts are your complete solution – turn the key & away you go.
These huts really do what it says on the tin as our aim is that we deliver, you turn the key and away you go – so they come fully fitted with a pull-down wall bed, kitchen and shower room. Perfect for a spare room without the hassle of an extension; for your glampsite development; as a hideaway or a great addition to a hotel’s facilities – this really will be the envy of all your friends. You can also add extras to suit like a wardrobe, a glass roof section and extra fittings. We work to the highest standard and only use quality appliances – so you can be sure that it will be reliable.
The Founder Turnkey Shepherd Hut is available in 16 and 18 foot options and is 7 foot 6 inches wide.
As standard, the Founder Turnkey Shepherd Hut comes with the following:
- Metal chassis and our painted metal cladding or an Oak chassis and our signature oak cladding.
- Oak steps
- Hardwood painted windows and doors
- Oak floor
- Electrics and plumbing
- Light switches and fittings
- Internal decoration with Farrow & Ball inspired colours
- Our Founder layout with a rectangular bench & foldable table seating area
- Innovative fold down wall bed
- Oak table and storage benches
- Hand-made kitchen unit with oak worktop, Neff hob, integral fridge and kitchen cupboards
- Shower, basin and toilet
Modular Turnkey
Available in either our Heritage Tin Clad exterior or our Quercus (Oak) clad exterior.
The Modular Turnkey Shepherd Huts are where we really come into our own, bringing all of our Blackdown Shepherd Huts skills and knowledge to the fore. You tell us what you want to achieve in your hut and we are here to help you make that happen. We don’t skimp on quality and our hut-build is evidence of that, so we love it when we can challenge ourselves and come up with solutions that make you happy.
You can never have enough storage so we tuck storage spaces in wherever we can – ensuring that you can find places for all of your possessions.
As with the Founder Turnkey, it’s available in different length options and you can choose to add a glass roof panel to see the stars through, a wardrobe or other optional extras.
The Blackdown livery for a Modular Shepherd Hut, as standard, consists of the following:
